1. configures general data (block configuration, see appendix) and assessment periods
2. defines interdisciplinary competences, social and personal skills and scales
3. configures curricula and educational plans which consist of subjects.
4. adds class teachers to the global group “class teachers”
5. configures the fields of the webforms (size, number of characters, …) using the report configurator and links uploaded templates (docx-format with contained variables) to the report records.

Class teacher

1. creates classes (with pre-configured curricula if defined) and a standard report
2. adds students to the class
3. manages class teachers (which are responsible for the management of a class, students and reports)
4. adds additional subject teachers that are allowed to assess students in a specific subject
5. assesses students as a class teacher related to interdisciplinary competences
6. generates the reports after other teachers have assessed a student (export of reports)

Teacher (subject teacher or project teacher)

1. assesses students related to interdisciplinary competences in their subject
