To be able to log in to a portfolio of a user, this option has to be chosen.

Interaction exabis ePortfolio - Exabis Competence Grid

In case the block Exabis competence grid is installed it can be used together with the ePortfolio-block. Artifacts in the eportfolio can be linked to competences. If trainers use the competence grid shared portfolio-views of students are shown in the competence grid. This way, in addition to the workload provided by the trainer learner driven scenarios can be established.  

Disable sharing with all users

If over a period of time too many shared portfolios are active (with students having left the educational institution) these shared portfolios can be deactivated by setting the check.

Disable sharing of comments in external view

External views can be seen by anyone that has access to the URL. To prevent to have comments shown, this option can be activated. 

Save files to Mahara if checked, save to exaport if not checked

When using the app eLove this option can be activated to save data to the portfolio-platform Mahara. Otherwise (standard) data is saved to Exabis ePortfolio.

Maximum uploaded file size in Exabis ePortfolio

Standard: 100MB. A maximum file-size can be defined here.

User quota for Exabis ePortfolio

Standard: 104857600. The maximum total bytes that a user may upload can be defined here.

Students are allowed to edit and delete items after teacher reviews

This option can be activated if a student should be able to edit/delete a portfolio artifact, even if it has already been assessed by the trainer. This option is related to using Exabis ePortfolio in combination with Exabis competence grids or the app Dakora. 

Teacher can see ALL artifacts of own students

So called Trusted teachers (additional profile field) have to be defined as such. This works only with this activated option. 

The list of students for each trusted teacher are generated according to their course enrollments.

Students cannot disable this access. Access to other users can be given as before.

Multiple files in "File" artifact

Limit: 10 files
With this option up to 10 files can be combined into one artifact. This is useful when using the app Dakora.
