Dashboard
On the dashboard all digital competence grids that are available to the user are shown.
- My grids - here all competence grids are displayed that the user has created using the button “new grid”.
- Grids with editing rights - created by other users who have added the current user as a collaborator for grid creation or editing.
- Shared - grids created by other users and shared for viewing within a language group (i.e. English or German).
- Global search - grids created by users from another language group and shared for viewing.

The symbols represented in a lower part of each grid on a dashboard indicate the status of particuliar grid:

Grid language | This symbol shows the language which was stated when the grid was created.
Published | Published competence grids can be found with the search function by other users. Copying (and copy editing) of a grid for individual purposes is possible.

Automatic XML-Export | Competence grids that are marked for an automatic XML-export are automatically generated into a XML file that can be imported to learning platforms (e.g. MOODLE). For this an additional configuration has to be made with the Typo3 planner (add task: „export published grids“) and a configuration in the MOODLE-cron and setting “xmlserverurl”.
| Grid related to a profession | Grid has a relation to a profession |
Using the 'FILTER' function in the upper-right corner, you can sort or find grids by specifying criteria such as name, content, educational level, school type, subject, language, organization, and more
