Different professions require different competence profiles (e.g. a sales-person would need competences from business-related competence grids as well as language skills, social and personal competencies). This way it is possible to present different aspects that a profession might include

You can now build competence profiles for employees and candidates by selecting all competencies across various competence grids. You can also download created profiles as pdf files.

To create a new competence profile for a profession click the green button “New Profession”. 
A new form will pop-up. Fill it in with information about the profession such as its name and short description.

Once you save the profession, you will be automatically transferred to a new window, where you will be able to search various competence grids and select competencies included in the profession. 

Note:  To be able to use competence grids to create a professional profile, the grid has to be enabled
