Administrator

• configures general data (block configuration, see appendix) and assessment periods
• defines interdisciplinary competences, social and personal skills and scales
• configures curricula and educational plans which consist of subjects.
• adds class teachers to the global group “class teachers”
• configures the fields of the webforms (size, number of characters, …) using the report configurator and links uploaded templates (docx-format with contained variables) to the report records.

Class teacher

• creates classes (with pre-configured curricula if defined) and a standard report
• adds students to the class
• manages class teachers (which are responsible for the management of a class, students and reports)
• adds additional subject teachers that are allowed to assess students in a specific subject
• assesses students as a class teacher related to interdisciplinary competences
• generates the reports after other teachers have assessed a student (export of reports)

Teacher (subject teacher or project teacher)

• assesses students related to interdisciplinary competences in their subject
