Here, reports can be exported or various reports/certificates can be generated. By selecting the class/student group, the list of students appears. Checkboxes allow selecting for which students the report should be generated.

The following options are available:

Overview:

• Grade Overview (docx)
• Grade Overview (xlsx)
• Overall Overview
• Cover Page and 1st Inside Page of the Learning Development Report (Gemeinschaftsschulen option)

These menu items provide a compact display of all grades, the overall overview, or reports related to the learning development report for Gemeinschaftsschulen in Baden-Württemberg. If multiple reports are selected under the “File” checkbox, the reports are generated in a zip file for download.

Certificates and Attachments:

• Certificate
• Cross-Curricular Competencies and Subject Competencies
• Attachment to the Learning Development Report (GMS), similar to the report on “Cross-Curricular and Subject Competencies”
• “Cross-Curricular Competencies” (template for grade conferences)
• Report on “Learning and Social Behavior” (template for grade conferences)
• Configurable Reports (docx)

The certificates refer to different template files depending on their assignment to specific students. In the Gemeinschaftsschulen option, various reports along with templates for students are available.

All other listed report export options only contain a document template.

Via the “Configurable Reports” link, custom report templates can be integrated if the “Gemeinschaftsschulen” option is not activated.
