Evaluate competencies and send feedback
The purpose of evaluation and assessment is to guide learners on their way to achieving learning objectives and competencies. Therefore, the feedback should be constructive and meaningful. It should guide the learner to take next steps to master the competence or complete the task.
In the Dakora+ App you can decide whether a learner has already completed the task, and evaluate their competencies using symbols of different colours and facial expressions.
You can also exchange feedback with a learner (write a message field). This bilateral feedback exchange can strengthen your relationship with the learner and reinforce the personalisation and individual approach.
How to do it?
#1. From the MY COURSES tab.
Open the task you wish to correct. Tick the “Mark task as solved” if you agree with learner's self-evaluation and if you want to pass the task.
You can also evaluate learner’s competence agains their self-evaluation by choosing the right icon.
#2. From "COMPETENCES" tab.
Assess competencies, tasks and whole areas of competence directly from “COMPETENCES” tab. Select a learner and from a drop-down list next to tasks and competencies choose the right assessment.
